Periods of quiet peace, prayer and reflection are vital for a profound Catholic life

Maybe we are seeking to overcome our dominant fault; maybe we are trying to discern God’s calling; maybe we are uncertain about an important decision; maybe we just need time to take a deep breath away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and contemplate the beautiful mysteries of our Faith. A retreat is the ideal solution. It is truly a life-changing experience!

The centers listed below offer multiple Ignatian retreats every year. Each retreat is led normally by two experienced priests and follows the proven method of St. Ignatius of Loyola, a method dictated to him directly by the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Retreats usually last five days and include daily Mass, a general confession, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, recitation of the rosary, numerous spiritual conferences, and time devoted to private prayer and meditation. Priests are also available for frequent consultation.

Included in the registration fee is room and board. Retreatants must arrange their own travel to and from the retreat house. Some centers offer 5-day Marian retreats as well.
